By using DueSoon you agree to these terms. Please read them.

The service

DueSoon is a tool that helps you capture documents and track important dates and reminders. It is not a substitute for professional advice and does not provide legal, financial or medical advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the documents and content you add, for keeping your recovery key safe, and for verifying important dates and amounts before relying on them. DueSoon helps you organise reminders; the underlying obligations remain yours.

AI and OCR results may be wrong

Smart Scan uses on‑device OCR and cloud AI to suggest dates, amounts and document types. These can be inaccurate. Suggestions are shown as drafts for you to review and confirm. Always check important details against the original document or official source.

Subscriptions and payments

• DueSoon Plus is offered as a Monthly or Yearly auto‑renewing subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app from the App Store or Google Play and may vary by region.
• Subscriptions auto‑renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• After you cancel, Plus features remain available until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play according to their policies.

Free and Plus

Manual entry, tracking and reminders are free. Plus raises certain limits (such as Smart Scan and email‑forwarding usage) and adds encrypted backup and restore. Free and Plus limits may change over time; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use DueSoon to:

• store or share illegal content;
• upload documents belonging to someone else without permission;
• abuse, spam or attempt to disrupt the service or other users.

Account deletion

You can delete your local data and your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account erases your server‑side footprint (see Data Retention).

Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Limitation of liability

DueSoon is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed dates, indirect or consequential damages, or losses arising from inaccurate AI/OCR results or from a lost recovery key. You remain responsible for your obligations and deadlines.
